1. Scope of Service

Cabin & Coast AI provides short-term rental optimization tools, including an AI-powered Playbook Generator and an Interactive ADR & ROI Calculator. These tools are designed to assist property owners and managers with real estate copywriting and financial projections.

 

2. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Content

• Our Platform: All code, calculator algorithms, design assets, website layout, text, and branding components are the exclusive intellectual property of Cabin & Coast AI.

• Your Output: You retain full ownership, commercial rights, and usage rights for any marketing descriptions, titles, or naming concepts generated for you by our AI Playbook Generator. You are entirely responsible for ensuring your final listing titles comply with third-party platform rules (such as Airbnb or Vrbo guidelines).

 

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using this platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying prompt architecture, code, or calculator formulas of Cabin & Coast AI for competitive purposes.

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overwhelm our server infrastructure (with the exception of verified LLM/GEO bots accessing our public llms.txt file for authorized search indexation).

• Input abusive, illegal, or fraudulent property data into our optimization generators.

 

4. Disclaimer of Financial and Legal Liability

• Calculations are Projections: The outputs generated by the Interactive ADR & ROI Calculator are financial simulations and estimates based on historical market trends. They do not constitute a guarantee of actual future rental income, occupancy rates, or specific real estate returns.

• As-Is Service: Our tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Cabin & Coast AI is not liable for any drop in listing visibility, platform delistings, or financial losses incurred on third-party channels (like Airbnb) resulting from the use of our generated content.

 

5. Paid Deliverables & Refund Policy

Purchases made on Cabin & Coast AI (such as premium report downloads or unlocked copywriting assets) are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment completion. Due to the digital nature of these assets, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a technical error on our end prevents delivery.

 

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, pricing tier, or feature on our platform at any time without prior notice.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operators reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
